This is a complimentary opportunity for you to meet us, see our home, and share any special needs your furry family member may have. The meet and greet helps us understand how to best care for your dog, ensuring they enjoy their stay.

We require a Meet & Greet for all first time guests prior to confirming a booking. For customers who are located outside of the Gold Coast, a video Meet & Greet is provided.
